When you send your inquiry, we will respond with our availability and start the conversation regarding your vision. We work very hard to get to know the lovely clients we work with!
After we have settled on a day and time, we will send you a contract and an invoice. Once those are completed, you are booked and the fun can really begin! We will send out a detailed questionnaire based on your goals. You might notice that it is very long, but the more information we have about you, the better we can meet your needs and deliver a gallery that you will cherish forever.
Once the questionnaire has been submitted, we work on planning. This is a collaborative process, and we will always strive to make sure your session matches your vision. We always ask for a Pinterest board so we can better visualize EXACTLY what you want!
On the day-of, we arrive early to scope out the venue to get an idea of the best spots; whether it be the area with really good lighting that is PERFECT for senior photos or mapping out where we want to be and when. With us, communication is key. Have a crazy creative idea for a shot? We will always hear you out and do our best to make sure it happens. We shoot with a dual-slot camera, so that if one of the memory cards magically dies, your photos are backed up on an identical card.
Upon arrival back at our office, the images are copied from the temporary SD card onto a heavy-duty hard drive. The photos are then culled and edited, and you can expect to receive your gallery within 4-6 weeks for a wedding, or a maximum of 2 weeks if it is a shorter senior session. The gallery will always be delivered to your email, and you will get a code to view it to protect your privacy. After you have gone through the gallery, we take revisions for 48 hours free-of-charge to ensure everything is perfect for you!
